Order Delivery guarantee

All orders are shipped with tracking information. You are never responsible if the tracking information does not update with delivery confirmation. For whatever reason, if a package has not been updated for 21 days, it is eligible for re-shipment, Free of charge; this excludes international orders. If your tracking information does not update after 21 Days, just reach out to our friendly customer service and we will re-ship your order for Free.

Order Tracking number

Once a package is shipped, customers will receive the tracking information for their order.

How long will delivery take?

For guaranteed fast shipping, Priority and Priority Express shipping options are available at checkout. Express shipping takes only 48 hours to complete delivery While standard shipping takes 5-8 business days.

International shipping is now available

We ship to Canada, Australia, and other countries around the world. All international shipping options are available at checkout.

Signature shipping option

For those worried about having a package stolen, we offer a Signature Shipping option.

With this option, all packages will only be delivered when the package is signed for. This added security will guarantee the safe arrival of any order.

How do i know a product is in stock and ready to ship?

Generally, a product is in stock If you are able to add it to cart. You will also see a message above the add to cart button telling you it is in stock and ready to ship once you are in the product.
